Last updated: September 24, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Autoesta ("we", "us") collects on autoesta.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. Autoesta is based in San Francisco, CA, US. For privacy questions, email alpit@autoesta.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you send the contact form, book a call, or email us, we collect what you provide: typically your name, email address, business name, the service you are interested in, and the description of what you want to fix or build. If you book a call, the scheduling provider also collects your name, email, chosen time, and any notes you add.
Information collected automatically
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referral source, and interactions such as clicking a booking button or submitting the form. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) for security and reliability.
Information from client work
When you become a client, we process business data inside your systems (for example contacts, messages, and appointments in your GoHighLevel account) only to deliver the work you engaged us for, under the terms of your agreement with us.
How we use information
- To reply to enquiries and schedule and run strategy calls.
- To scope, deliver, and support services you have engaged us for.
- To understand which pages and calls to action help visitors, and to improve the site (analytics, only with your consent).
- To keep the site secure and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
- To send occasional updates about GoHighLevel, automation, or AI topics, only if you have asked for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Web3Forms | Receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our email |
| Cal.com | Scheduling of strategy calls |
| Google (Analytics) | Website analytics, only after you accept analytics cookies |
| HighLevel (GoHighLevel) | Our CRM, used to manage enquiries and client communication |
| Hostinger | Website hosting |
| Email and communication tools | Replying to you and running client projects |
These providers have their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not use client business data in case studies without the client's explicit permission.
International access
Our team works from the United States, India, and Nepal, so information may be accessed by team members in those countries. Where we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies only for analytics, and only after you accept. Details are in our cookie policy. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the site footer.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and call information for as long as needed to respond and to manage the relationship, and normally delete unconverted enquiries after a reasonable period. Client records and invoices are kept as long as required for the contract and for tax and legal purposes. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our analytics account.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither). Residents of California, the EEA, and the UK have specific rights under CCPA/CPRA and the GDPR. To use any of these rights, email alpit@autoesta.com. We will respond within the time the law requires, and we may need to verify your identity first. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and reputable providers to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Links to other sites
The site links to third-party sites such as LinkedIn, Google, and Cal.com. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
