How much does an automation project cost?

How much does custom software cost?
Custom software is quoted per project after a free strategy call, because scope varies too much for one honest number. You get a written scope and quote before any work starts. Custom software.
Is the strategy call really free?

Are software subscriptions included in your price?

Timelines and process questions
How long does a build take?
A small build of two or three automations takes days. A full CRM and automation system usually takes 20 to 30 days. Custom software is scheduled in releases after discovery. How a setup runs.
What happens after I book a call?
We review your current setup and lead flow on the call, then send a written plan with scope and price. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Do you work with businesses outside San Francisco?

After launch questions
What support do we get after launch?
Every build includes six months of maintenance at no extra charge: if something we built breaks, we fix it. After that, monthly support starts from $250, with extra hours available when you need changes. How we work.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Accounts are set up in your name, and for custom software the code and documentation are handed over on completion, as set out in the contract.
Can you fix a system someone else built?

AI agents and compliance questions
Will an AI agent replace my staff?
No. AI agents handle the first reply, after-hours calls, questions and follow-up. Your team takes over for conversations that need judgment, and the agent hands off with a summary. AI agents.
Is it legal for an AI agent to call my leads?

Can you build HIPAA-conscious automation?

Do we have to use GoHighLevel?
No. GoHighLevel is our default for service businesses because it combines CRM, texting, booking and automation, but we also build on HubSpot, custom CRMs, n8n, Zapier and Airtable. What we build with.
Should we use n8n or Zapier?
Zapier is faster to set up for simple links between common apps. n8n suits complex or high-volume workflows and can be self-hosted to avoid per-task fees. n8n automation.
