Does Autoesta work with small businesses and large companies?
Yes. Autoesta works with small businesses and large companies. Every project is quoted per business by scope, and the same team runs it with the same method, on the client's own accounts, whatever the size.
Size changes the scope of the work and so the price. It does not change who builds it, how it is tested or who owns the result. Most companies, small or large, start with our AI consulting service: a free strategy call and first audit, then paid consulting quoted for your business, then a fixed-price build if you want one. This page explains what that looks like at each size.
What does Autoesta build for a small business, and what for a large company?
The same kinds of systems: AI agents, automations on Make, n8n and Zapier, CRM systems and custom software. A small business usually starts with two or three automations; a large company usually has more teams, processes and systems in scope.
| Scope | A typical starting point | Autoesta price at the time of writing |
|---|---|---|
| Fix what is already there | Cleanup of an existing account: broken automations, duplicate contacts, failing workflows | From $200 |
| Small build | Two or three automations, such as lead routing, a follow-up sequence and a report | About $1,000 |
| Full setup | A CRM with pipelines, forms, calendars and the automations around it | $2,000 to $5,000 |
| Larger system | Several AI agents, a CRM backend across teams, API and MCP integrations, custom software | Fixed price after the audit, shown before work starts |
| AI consulting and roadmap | Where AI should do work, which tools and models, data fixes, compliance, your AI policy | Quoted per business by size and scope |
The rows are not tied to company size. A large company can start with one small build to test how we work, and a small firm can need a larger system. The service list is the same for everyone: custom AI agents, automation, custom software and CRM work, built and maintained for you.
What stays the same whatever the size of the company?
The team, the steps, the ownership and the aftercare. The same 16-person team builds every project, every build follows the same written plan and test steps, the client owns every account, and fixes to anything we built are free for 6 months.
- The same team. Autoesta is 16 people, about 8 in San Francisco and the rest in India and Nepal. There is no separate team for bigger accounts. More about the people is on our about page.
- The same method. Free call, free audit, written plan with a fixed price, build, test on real cases, handover.
- Your accounts. We build on your CRM, your automation tool and your AI provider keys, so you own the accounts, data and automations. See who owns automations and data.
- The same model rule. Every new build uses current AI models with no announced retirement date, chosen per client; our page on which AI models Autoesta uses covers how.
- The same aftercare. Fixes free for 6 months, optional monthly support from $200 after that.
What changes when Autoesta works with a larger company?
The scope, so the quote. A larger company usually has more teams, processes and systems to map, more people who approve the plan, tighter access rules, and more need for a written AI policy. The steps and the team stay the same.
| What grows with size | What it means for the project |
|---|---|
| Teams and processes in scope | The consulting quote depends on how many teams, processes and systems are in scope, so a small company and a large one get different numbers |
| Systems to connect | More API and MCP integrations, often to internal tools with no ready connector |
| Access and approvals | Separate permissions per agent or automation, and a person approving outside actions at launch |
| Rules for AI use | As part of paid consulting we write your AI policy to fit your brand: voice, customers, data and the tools your teams use |
| Milestones | The fixed quote for a larger system comes with dated milestones instead of one delivery date |
For a small business the same table mostly shrinks to one row: one owner decides, one or two tools connect, and a small build usually takes days once access is ready. Our page on how long an automation build takes gives the ranges.
How does a project with Autoesta run, step by step?
A free strategy call, a free first audit, a written plan with a fixed price, the build on your own accounts, testing on real records, handover, then free fixes to anything we built for 6 months.
- Free strategy call. Thirty minutes on how one lead, order or request moves through your business today. Our page on what happens on a free strategy call shows what to bring.
- Free first audit. We look at the tools and accounts you already run.
- Written plan and fixed price. What we build, in what order, on which tools, and the price, before any work starts.
- Build on your accounts. You add us as users and can remove us at any time.
- Test. Real records and real past cases go through every route.
- Handover. Short notes on what each part does and what to check if it stops.
- Six months of free fixes. Then optional support from $200 a month.
How much does Autoesta charge a small business compared with a large company?
The same price list applies to both. At the time of writing, the call and first audit are free, a small build is about $1,000, full setups run $2,000 to $5,000, and larger systems and consulting are quoted per business by scope.
| What you need | Autoesta price at the time of writing |
|---|---|
| Strategy call and first audit | Free |
| Cleanup of an existing account | From $200 |
| Small build: two or three automations | About $1,000 |
| Full setup | $2,000 to $5,000 |
| Larger systems | Fixed price after the audit, shown before work starts |
| Paid AI consulting | Quoted per business by size and scope |
| Fixes to anything we built | Free for 6 months |
| Monthly support after that | Optional, from $200 a month |
A larger company pays more because there is more to build, not because of a different rate card. Software you run, such as your CRM plan, automation tool and AI usage, is billed by each vendor to your own account; our page on monthly software costs on top of a build lists them. For more on build prices see how much an automation project costs, and for consulting see what Autoesta charges for AI consulting.
When do you not need Autoesta?
You do not need us when one tool's built-in feature already does the job, when the work is a single simple link between two apps, or when you already have an in-house team that builds, tests and maintains automations.
- A built-in feature covers it. Many CRMs and helpdesks include reminders, follow-ups or AI replies. Turn those on first.
- A two-app link. A new form entry to a spreadsheet row is a template job in most automation tools.
- An in-house automation team. If your people already build with error handling and own the upkeep, a free audit from us may be all you want.
- A job that happens a few times a month. A checklist is often the better spend.
Where is Autoesta based, and does it work with companies outside San Francisco?
Autoesta is based in San Francisco, with about 8 of its 16 people there and the rest in India and Nepal. We work with clients in the US and abroad, and calls are booked online at a time that suits your time zone.
Our San Francisco page covers local work in the Bay Area. Founder Alpit Patel is a HighLevel Certified Admin, and the team has delivered 320+ projects across automation, AI agents and CRM work.
More questions about Autoesta and company size
Is Autoesta only for small businesses?
No. Autoesta works with small firms and large companies alike. Paid AI consulting is quoted per business by size and scope, and larger systems get a fixed price after the free audit. A large company with several teams and internal systems goes through the same call, audit, plan, build and test steps as a small one, with more in scope and dated milestones.
Can a large company start with one small project?
Yes. A small build of two or three automations is about $1,000 at the time of writing, and it is a common way to see how we plan, build and test before agreeing a larger system. Everything is built on your own accounts, so the work stays with you whatever you decide next. The free call and first audit come first either way.
Does a large company get a different team?
No. The same 16-person team builds every project, about 8 people in San Francisco and the rest in India and Nepal. Larger projects involve more of the team at once, but the method, the testing and the handover notes are the same. Founder Alpit Patel, a HighLevel Certified Admin, reviews the systems the team ships to clients.
What is the smallest paid job Autoesta does?
The smallest item on our price list is cleanup of an existing account, from $200 at the time of writing, for fixing broken automations or workflows already in your tools. A new small build of two or three automations is about $1,000. The strategy call and first audit are free, so you know the price before you decide anything.
Does Autoesta work with companies outside the US?
Yes. We work with clients in the US and abroad, and the build happens on your own accounts wherever they are hosted. Calls are booked online at a time that suits your time zone. Our Autoesta FAQ has more answers about how we work, prices and support.
