Use of this site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it in a way that harms performance, or use it to send spam.

Information, not advice

The guides, comparisons, and articles on this site are general information about GoHighLevel, automation, and AI tools. They are not legal, tax, compliance, or financial advice. Where we mention rules such as A2P 10DLC, TCPA, GDPR, or healthcare privacy, check the current requirements with a qualified professional for your situation. Platform features and third-party prices change; confirm them with the provider.

Service engagements

Any audit, build, retainer, or support work is governed by the separate written proposal or agreement for that engagement, which takes priority over these general website terms if they conflict.

Pricing

Prices shown on this site are typical starting points "at the time of writing" and are not a binding quote. Final scope and price are confirmed in writing after a strategy call. Third-party platform subscriptions, such as GoHighLevel, telephony, messaging, or automation-platform fees, are paid directly to those providers and are not included unless stated.

Maintenance commitment

Builds delivered by Autoesta include six months of maintenance at no extra charge, starting from delivery. During that period we fix defects in the workflows, pipelines, integrations, and agents we built. The commitment does not cover changes caused by third-party platforms or by edits others make to the system, new features or expanded scope, or usage-based third-party costs. These are scoped separately. Additional monthly support and extra hours are available under a separate agreement.

No guarantee of results

Case studies and testimonials describe outcomes reported by specific clients. They are not a guarantee or promise that any other business will achieve the same results, because every business's starting point, market, and traffic are different.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including guides, case study write-ups, images, and design, is owned by Autoesta unless noted otherwise. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the source. You may not republish content wholesale without written permission. Trademarks such as GoHighLevel, HighLevel, n8n, Zapier, and Airtable belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility; their use does not imply endorsement.

Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party sites and uses third-party tools such as Cal.com for scheduling and Web3Forms for the contact form. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Autoesta is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
