We build the AI systems your revenue actually runs on
Autoesta is a 16-person team, about 8 in San Francisco and the rest in India and Nepal. Since 2021 we've built AI agents, automation and connected business systems, on a GoHighLevel and n8n backend, for 320+ businesses in 15+ countries.

Alpit Patel
Founder, Autoesta · HighLevel Certified Admin
Builds the AI agents, automation and CRM backend that get new leads answered in minutes.
Alpit founded Autoesta in 2021 and runs it from San Francisco, California. He is a HighLevel Certified Admin (credential issued January 16, 2025), and he built the company around the systems small and mid-sized businesses actually run on: a CRM, the automation that connects it to everything else, and AI agents that handle conversations. He reviews the content Autoesta publishes and the systems the team ships to clients.
Every guide and case study on this site carries his name because he stands behind it. If something here is wrong or out of date, email alpit@autoesta.com.

What we do differently
Most agencies sell one piece (a CRM setup, a chatbot or an automation script) and leave you to connect it to everything else yourself. Autoesta is built around the opposite premise: CRM, automation, and AI agents only work when they're one connected system, not three separate vendor relationships.
That's why we combine native GoHighLevel CRM setup with n8n and Zapier automation and AI calling and chat agents as a standard part of the stack, not as an add-on quoted separately after the CRM is already built.
Where the team works
Autoesta is a 16-person team. About eight of us work from San Francisco, California, where the company is based (see our San Francisco page). The rest of the team works from India and Nepal. That split lets us cover US business hours for calls and reviews while builds, testing, and documentation continue across time zones.
Clients work with named people on a call, not a ticket queue. Alpit Patel, the founder, stays involved in scoping and reviews the systems the team ships. You can find the company on Google, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, where we publish our GoHighLevel and automation videos.
What happens after we build it
Every build includes six months of maintenance at no extra charge. If something we built breaks, we fix it, because it is our responsibility. That covers the workflows, pipelines, integrations, and agents we delivered. It does not cover changes to third-party platforms that we did not build on, or new features you ask for later; those are scoped separately.
If you want ongoing help after that, or extra hours in any month for changes and improvements, we offer monthly support starting at $200 per month. See the pricing breakdown for how the work is priced.
How we work
Every engagement starts with a free audit, not a sales pitch. We look at what's actually happening in your pipeline before recommending anything. See how a strategy call works, or look at real outcomes in our case studies, including custom software builds like Coo, not just GoHighLevel work.
