What does a GoHighLevel agency in Miami set up for you?
A GoHighLevel agency builds the whole system your leads move through: forms and calendars, pipelines, follow-up texts and emails, missed-call text back, reviews, payments and reporting, all inside one HighLevel account you own. For a Miami business that also means consent forms written for Florida law, A2P registration that carriers accept, and messages in English and Spanish where your customers need them.
Autoesta is a 16-person GoHighLevel and automation team. Our founder, Alpit Patel, is a HighLevel Certified Admin, about half the team works from San Francisco and the rest from India and Nepal. We do not have a Miami office. We work with Miami, Fort Lauderdale and wider South Florida businesses remotely, with calls booked in Eastern time, and we have done Florida work before: a real estate lead system for Realeshome and an AI lead qualification build for Ultra Cryo & Recovery, a Central Florida clinic.
This page is for a new build or a full rebuild. If you already have an account and something in it is broken, our GoHighLevel expert page for Miami covers fixes, audits and single automations.
Why does a Miami GoHighLevel setup need different settings?
Three things change the build in Miami: Florida's own telemarketing law, a customer base where many people prefer Spanish, and a hurricane season that can cancel a week of appointments at once. A generic snapshot set up for another state handles none of them.
Miami-Dade and Broward at a glance
| Miami factor | What it changes in the account | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA), Fla. Stat. 501.059 | Signed written consent before automated sales calls or texts, a "no sales solicitation" list check, and STOP replies honored fast | Florida Statutes 501.059 |
| Florida Telemarketing Act, Fla. Stat. 501.616 | For commercial telephone sellers: no sales calls before 8 a.m. or after 8 p.m. local time, and no more than three calls in 24 hours on the same subject | Florida Statutes 501.616 |
| Spanish-speaking customers | A language field on every contact, English and Spanish versions of each message, and English text in the A2P registration itself | Census ACS 2024 via Data USA; HighLevel A2P error 30910 |
| Hurricane season, June 1 to November 30 | A one-click "closed for weather" workflow that tells booked customers and offers new times | NOAA National Hurricane Center |
Miami-Dade County has about 2.74 million residents, and 54.5% of them were born outside the US. In Broward County, home to Fort Lauderdale, it is 36.8% of about 1.98 million (American Community Survey 2024, via Data USA). Those numbers explain why "agencia GoHighLevel Miami" and "agencia GoHighLevel Fort Lauderdale" show up in our own Search Console data next to the English searches. Many of the people searching for an agency here want to run their business in Spanish too.

How do you set up GoHighLevel for Florida texting and calling laws?
We build the consent, the contact checks and the opt-out handling into the account so the rules run on every lead. Forms ask for consent with an unchecked box and the wording Florida's FTSA expects. Workflows only send marketing texts to contacts who gave that consent, stop after a STOP reply, and wait for business hours in the contact's time zone.
The details matter because Florida gives consumers their own right to sue. Under 501.059, a person who gets an automated sales call or text without prior express written consent can recover actual damages or $500 per violation, up to three times that if the violation was willful. The 2023 amendment (Chapter 2023-150) added a step for texts: the person has to reply STOP first, and a lawsuit is only possible if the business keeps texting more than 15 days later. We counted how often these cases reach federal court in our Florida FTSA lawsuit research.
Here is what goes into a Miami account by default:
- Consent on every form. A separate, unchecked SMS box with the business name, what you will text, how often, "message and data rates may apply" and how to stop. This is also what carriers check during A2P review.
- A consent field you can prove. The date, the form and the page are saved on the contact, so you can show where consent came from.
- Quiet hours. Marketing texts and outbound calls wait until 9 a.m. and stop at 8 p.m. in the contact's time zone, which sits inside both the federal and the Florida windows. Our guide to what time businesses can text customers explains the hours state by state.
- Call caps. Automated call steps are limited so one contact cannot get more than three sales calls in 24 hours.
- STOP that actually stops. Opt-out replies in English or Spanish (STOP, ALTO, PARAR) remove the contact from marketing workflows at once, not after a manual review.
This is setup work, not legal advice. If your business makes sales calls at volume, check with a Florida attorney whether the telemarketing license rules in Part IV of Chapter 501 apply to you.
Can you set up GoHighLevel in Spanish for a Miami business?
Yes. We add a preferred-language field to every contact, write each automated message in English and Spanish, and route each contact to the right version. Forms, booking pages, reminders and review requests all follow the same rule. The one part that stays in English is the A2P registration, because carriers reject registrations written in other languages.
HighLevel lists this as rejection code 30910: "Registration fields contain non-English language." The fix it gives is to write the registration in English and include English translations next to any Spanish sample messages (HighLevel A2P rejection guide, modified September 9, 2026). Bilingual Miami businesses can run into it, and it is easy to avoid when the registration is planned with the Spanish messages in mind.
We write the Spanish versions with you and ask a Spanish speaker on your team to approve them before launch. Customers notice stiff or machine-translated Spanish, and your staff know how your customers talk.
Which Miami businesses get the most from GoHighLevel?
GoHighLevel fits Miami businesses that live on fast follow-up and booked appointments: real estate teams, med spas and aesthetic clinics, dental and medical practices, home services such as HVAC and roofing, and marketing agencies that serve those businesses. The common thread is many inbound leads and a calendar that has to stay full.
- Real estate. Leads from portals, ads and open houses routed by area, with instant text follow-up and agent round-robin. See GoHighLevel for real estate and the Realeshome case study, where the client reported average response time dropping from about 90 minutes to under 5 minutes over the first 14 days.
- Med spas and aesthetics. Consult booking, deposits, reminders and rebooking for treatments on a cycle. See GoHighLevel for med spas.
- Dental and medical. Recall, reminders and reactivation, with care around what goes into a text. See GoHighLevel for dentists and our note on HIPAA-conscious automation.
- Home services. Missed-call text back, estimate follow-up and storm-season scheduling. See GoHighLevel for HVAC.
- Agencies. Miami marketing agencies reselling HighLevel under their own brand. See GoHighLevel SaaS setup.
How long does a GoHighLevel setup take?
A full setup for one business usually takes two to four weeks from the kickoff call to going live. A2P registration often sets the pace, because carrier review can take days and texting should not start until the campaign is approved. White-label, SaaS and multi-location builds take longer.
From free call to live account
- Free call and audit. We look at your current tools, lead sources and any existing HighLevel account, then send a written plan and price.
- Design. You approve the pipeline, the messages (in each language) and the consent wording before we build.
- Build. Foundation, phone, forms, pipeline, calendars and automations, with A2P submitted early.
- Test. A test lead goes through every path, including STOP replies, a no-show and the weather-closure flow.
- Launch and handover. We go live, record a walkthrough and fix anything that breaks in the next six months.
Do you need a GoHighLevel agency that is based in Miami?
No. A GoHighLevel build is done inside software, so the agency does not need to be in the room. What matters is that they know Florida's texting rules, can build in English and Spanish, answer during your business hours and give you full ownership of the account. Ask any agency, local or remote, to show you those four things.
We are open about where we are: a San Francisco team with colleagues in India and Nepal, working with Miami clients over video calls booked in Eastern time. If you want to see how we compare with other providers, our GoHighLevel agency comparison scores 25 of them on one published framework, with the note that we rank ourselves first.
Questions Miami businesses ask about GoHighLevel agencies
Do you have an office in Miami?
No. Autoesta is based in San Francisco, with team members in India and Nepal, and works with Miami and Fort Lauderdale clients remotely. Calls are booked in your own time zone, and everything we build lives in your own HighLevel account, so nothing depends on where we sit.
Do you work with businesses in Fort Lauderdale and Broward County?
Yes. Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Doral, Hialeah, Coral Gables and the rest of South Florida get the same setup, prices and Florida-specific settings as Miami. The rules that shape the build are state law, so they apply the same way across the region.
What is the difference between a GoHighLevel agency and a GoHighLevel expert?
An agency builds the whole system, usually as a new setup or a full rebuild. An expert fixes or adds to an account that already exists: a rejected A2P campaign, broken workflows or one new automation. We do both. For fixes in Miami, see our GoHighLevel expert page.
Can you move us to GoHighLevel from another CRM?
Yes. We move contacts, notes, pipeline stages and tags, check for duplicates, and keep consent records with each contact so your texting stays legal after the move. See GoHighLevel migration for how we plan it.
Do you set up GoHighLevel Voice AI and Conversation AI?
Yes. AI agents can answer missed calls, qualify leads and book appointments in English or Spanish. For outbound AI calls in Florida, consent and calling hours still apply, so we set them up with the same rules as the rest of the account. See GoHighLevel Voice AI setup.
Who owns the GoHighLevel account after the setup?
You do. The account, the workflows, the data and any snapshot we build for you stay with you. We work as a user in your account, and you can remove our access at any time. Read more on who owns the automations and data.
Do you offer white-label GoHighLevel for Miami agencies?
Yes. For agencies that want to sell HighLevel under their own brand, we set up SaaS Mode, plans, rebilling, branding and a tested snapshot. At the time of writing that build is $4,000 to $7,000. See GoHighLevel SaaS setup.
