How much does Autoesta charge for AI consulting?
Autoesta's strategy call and first audit are free. Paid AI consulting is quoted for each business by size and scope before work starts. At the time of writing, builds after it cost about $1,000 for two or three automations and $2,000 to $5,000 for a full setup.
We do not publish one consulting price because a 10-person firm and a company with several departments have very different amounts to review. What we do publish are the build prices, which you can check against our AI consulting and implementation page. Every figure below is our own price at the time of writing.
What does each part cost at the time of writing?
The call and first audit are free, consulting is quoted, a small build is about $1,000, a full setup is $2,000 to $5,000, larger systems are fixed price after the audit, and cleanup of an existing account starts at $200. Fixes to what we built are free for 6 months.

Tool costs are separate and paid by you directly to each vendor: model usage, Zapier or n8n hosting, CRM seats and phone numbers. Our page on monthly software costs on top of a build lists them with each vendor's own prices.
What does a first year with Autoesta cost?
It depends on the path. Skipping consulting and buying one small build costs about $1,000. Adding optional support from month 7 brings the first year to about $2,200. With consulting, add your quote to whichever build the roadmap recommends.
We worked these out from our own published prices only. Assumptions: support is taken at the $200 starting rate for months 7 to 12; tool bills are left out; the consulting quote is shown as a separate line because it is set per business.

Why is AI consulting quoted instead of priced on a list?
The work grows with the number of teams, processes and systems in scope. A small company with one inbox and one CRM needs far less review than a large company with several departments, so each gets its own number, quoted before anything starts.

When do you not need to pay Autoesta for AI consulting?
If you already know the one task you want automated, such as missed calls answered, skip consulting and ask for a build quote. If you have developers and want advice only, an hourly advisor may suit you better. A board-level AI programme often fits a large consulting firm.
Consulting earns its cost when you have several ideas and no clear order, or when data and compliance questions block you. Is the free audit really free?
Yes. The strategy call and the first audit cost nothing and do not commit you to anything. You leave with an answer on whether consulting is worth it for you or whether a single build is the faster route. Paid work starts only if you accept a quote, and that quote is shown before anything begins.
Can we pay for the consulting and build it with another team?
Yes. The written roadmap is yours to keep and use with any provider, including your own developers. Nothing in it is locked to us, and it names tools and models you can open in your own company's name. If you later want us to build part of it, we give that part a fixed price.
What happens if something breaks after launch?

Bring rough monthly volumes for the tasks that take the most time, a list of the tools you pay for, and two or three real examples of the work, such as an inquiry, an invoice or a report.
