What are the GoHighLevel plans in 2026?
On the pricing page we read on October 5, 2026, GoHighLevel has three self-serve plans and an Enterprise option. Starter is $97 a month, or $970 billed yearly, with three sub-accounts. Unlimited is $297 a month, or $2,970 yearly, with unlimited sub-accounts and rebilling of phone and email with no markup. Agency Pro is $497 a month, or $4,970 yearly, and adds SaaS mode, automatic sub-account creation and rebilling with markup. All three plans include unlimited contacts and users, and each has a 14-day free trial.
The page is the primary source: gohighlevel.com/pricing. Its footnote says usage-based charges apply to Voice AI, inbound and outbound calling, and email and SMS marketing. Those charges sit on top of the plan fee, so a plan price is not your total bill.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Sub-accounts | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $97 | $970 | 3 | All core features, 24/7 support |
| Unlimited | $297 | $2,970 | Unlimited | Rebill phone and email at no markup, basic API access |
| Agency Pro | $497 | $4,970 | Unlimited | SaaS mode, automated sub-account creation, rebilling with markup, user reporting, advanced API |
| Enterprise | Quoted | Quoted | Custom | Custom build, dedicated account manager, HIPAA compliance included |
Is yearly billing worth it?
Yes, if you are sure you will keep the plan for a year. Each yearly price is ten monthly payments, so you pay for ten months and get twelve. On Starter that saves $194 a year. On Unlimited it saves $594, and on Agency Pro it saves $994.
That is a fixed discount, roughly 17 percent, on every tier. It is not a reason to pick a bigger plan. Pick the plan you need, then choose the billing term.
Which plan fits one business with one location?
Starter fits most single-location businesses. A dentist, a home services company or a clinic with one front desk usually needs one account, a pipeline, a few workflows and some calling. Three sub-accounts are more than a single business uses, so the limit rarely matters.
Starter gets tight when the business grows into several locations, each with its own phone number and pipeline, or when the owner also runs a separate brand. Each location or brand can take a sub-account, and once you pass three, you need Unlimited.
When does Unlimited pay for itself?
Unlimited is the first plan that makes sense for an agency or a multi-location business. The price difference from Starter is $200 a month. The point where it pays is the fourth sub-account.
Here is the simple arithmetic. Four client accounts on Unlimited cost $297 a month, which is $74.25 for each account. Three client accounts on Starter cost $97, or $32.33 each, but you cannot add a fourth. So the question is not the per-account cost. It is whether you need a fourth account at all. A fourth client is the usual trigger, and at that point the choice is made for you.
This is our worked example, not a quote. Your number depends on how many sub-accounts you actually run and which add-ons you buy.
Who needs Agency Pro?
Agency Pro is for businesses that resell GoHighLevel to other businesses, or that build a software product on it. SaaS mode and automated sub-account creation are the two features that matter. Rebilling with markup lets you charge your clients for phone and email with your own margin.
There is one permission detail on the template library that changes the decision for agencies. HighLevel's help article on custom templates says that creating new custom templates requires an Agency Admin on the $497 Pro plan. Agency Admins on Starter and Unlimited can browse the agency template library but cannot create new custom templates. The article was last modified on September 19, 2026. If you plan to build your own template library, that is the plan that gives you the permission.
What do the plans not include?
The plan fee covers the platform. Several things are billed by use, and the footnote on the pricing page lists them: Voice AI, inbound and outbound calling, and email and SMS marketing. Phone numbers are a separate monthly rental. Your real cost is the plan plus your usage plus your numbers.
The usage side is where most estimates go wrong. A plan that looks cheap at $97 can cost much more after a month of calls and texts. Before you pick, estimate your monthly minutes, messages and numbers. Our GoHighLevel pricing guide lists what each cost line adds up to, and the GoHighLevel pricing calculator runs the numbers for your plan.
Does the October 13 price change affect my plan choice?
Not for US and Canadian numbers, as far as the changelog shows. HighLevel's voice and messaging price updates, both effective October 13, 2026, list international countries only. Neither list includes the United States or Canada. If your business runs in those countries, the October change will not change your plan decision. If you call or text international numbers, it might.
The details are in our October 13 price change guide, which shows the arithmetic for the listed countries.
How do I choose in five questions?
- How many separate businesses or locations will each need an account? Three or fewer points to Starter. Four or more points to Unlimited.
- Will you resell GoHighLevel or build a product on it? If yes, look at Agency Pro.
- Will you create your own templates? Creating custom templates requires Agency Admin on the Pro plan.
- How many minutes of calls and messages per month? Estimate usage before you pick, because usage is billed on top of the plan.
- Yearly or monthly? Yearly saves about 17 percent, but only commit once the plan is right.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a free plan for GoHighLevel?
The pricing page we read offers a 14-day free trial on each self-serve plan. It does not list a permanent free plan.
Are contacts or users limited on any plan?
The pricing page says all three self-serve plans include unlimited contacts and unlimited users.
Can I move from Starter to Unlimited later?
The pricing page does not describe the upgrade process. Ask HighLevel or your partner before you rely on a mid-term change, and confirm whether the sub-account count carries over.
Does a plan include phone numbers?
No. Phone numbers are a separate monthly rental, and the rental price depends on the country and number type. HighLevel's October 13 changelog lists the new rental prices for affected countries.
