Did HighLevel cancel the October 13, 2026 voice price changes?
Yes. In a changelog entry listed on October 12, 2026, HighLevel says the Voice pricing updates scheduled for October 13, 2026 "will no longer be implemented." The affected Voice rates stay as they were, and the entry says "No action is required for now."
The source is the HighLevel changelog entry Voice Pricing Updates - Effective October 13, 2026, labelled "new" and "Phone System". HighLevel gives one reason: underlying providers have confirmed the cancellation of these changes. The entry lists no rates, no countries and no new date.
What had been announced, and what is cancelled?
The cancelled item is the Voice pricing update: higher per-minute rates for selected international inbound and outbound calls. The same entry says nothing about the separate messaging and phone number pricing update, so we cannot say whether that one still applies.
Our two earlier pages covered both October 13 announcements. The news note on voice, SMS and number prices reported higher per-minute rates for listed international calls, higher outbound SMS rates for 12 destinations and higher monthly rent for numbers in 11 countries. The cost estimate guide copied example rows from the same entries. Both pages now carry an update banner pointing here.
What changed, and when?
The voice announcement was first posted on HighLevel's changelog and checked by us on October 1, 2026. The cancellation entry is listed on October 12, 2026, one day before the planned effective date.
| Date | What happened | Source |

The entry page itself shows no publish date in the text we read. The October 12 date comes from HighLevel's dated changelog listing.
What should a business owner do now?
Check your Voice AI and call usage reports against last month, keep your budget as it is, and do not remove any call volume plan because of the October 13 announcement. HighLevel's own wording is "No action is required for now."
- Open your usage reports for calls and Voice AI and compare the per-minute cost on recent calls with earlier ones. The rates should look the same.
- Keep the budget you already set. There is no new figure to plan for.
- Leave any call volume plan in place. Cancelling it because of a price rise that is no longer happening only loses the plan.
- If you told clients their usage would cost more from October 13, tell them the voice part has been cancelled. Our rebilling markup guide explains how markup is set if you resell usage.
- Check the messaging and phone number part separately, in your own account, before you change any client invoice.
What is still unknown?
HighLevel does not say which providers withdrew the changes, which countries were affected, or whether a new price change will come later. It also does not say whether the separate messaging and phone number update, announced for the same date, is cancelled or still applies.
- Providers: the entry says "underlying providers" and names none.
- Future changes: "for now" leaves room for a later update. The entry gives no date.
- SMS and number rent: the entry covers Voice only. We did not find a cancellation for the messaging and phone number entry, so treat that update as unconfirmed either way and check your own account.
- Rates: the entry lists no dollar figures, so we cannot restate the current rates from it.

Frequently asked questions
Are GoHighLevel voice rates going up on October 13, 2026?
No. HighLevel's changelog says the Voice pricing updates scheduled for October 13, 2026 will no longer be implemented and that the affected Voice rates will remain unchanged. The entry lists no new rates and no new date, so there is no increase to plan for at the moment.
Why did HighLevel cancel the voice price changes?
HighLevel states that underlying providers have confirmed the cancellation of these changes. The entry does not name the providers or explain what they changed. Beyond that one sentence, the reason is not given, so any further explanation would be a guess.
Do I need to do anything in my GoHighLevel account?
HighLevel says "No action is required for now." A sensible check is to compare recent call and Voice AI usage costs with earlier months and confirm the per-minute rates look unchanged. If you rebill clients, hold any increase you prepared for the voice part.
Does this also cancel the SMS and phone number price changes?
The cancellation entry refers to Voice pricing only. We did not find a cancellation for the separate messaging and phone number update announced for October 13, 2026. Check your own account and the HighLevel changelog before you change SMS prices or number rent for clients.
