How much do GoHighLevel agencies charge?
Across the eight providers we checked on October 1, 2026, published GoHighLevel setup prices start under $1,000 for simple fixed packages, such as $850 flat or from $500, run $1,500 to $6,000 for a standard full build, and reach $15,000 to $40,000 or more for complex work. Ongoing support is published at $38.80 to $3,000 or more a month. The GoHighLevel subscription, $97 to $497 a month, is paid on top.
This page collects only prices that agencies publish themselves, with the source and the date we checked. It is not a survey and not a market average: agencies that hide their prices are not in the table, and Autoesta's own prices are included and marked. We will update it as prices change.
What does each agency publish?
Published setup prices sit in three bands: fixed small packages under $1,000, standard builds of about $1,000 to $6,000, and complex or multi-location work from $5,000 to $40,000 or more. Most agencies quote within a band after an audit or discovery call.

What does the GoHighLevel subscription add on top?
The agency's fee pays for the build; HighLevel's subscription pays for the software. At the time of writing HighLevel lists Starter at $97 a month, Unlimited at $297 and Agency Pro at $497, with texting, calling, email and some AI features billed as usage on top. A business usually pays the agency once and HighLevel every month.
| Cost | Paid to | How often | Published range |

Why do GoHighLevel agency prices vary so much?
Prices vary because "setup" means very different amounts of work. An $850 package configures a standard account; a $5,000 build maps a business's real lead sources, routing, texting registration, integrations and reporting, then tests them. The scope, not the agency's name, is what you are comparing.
Published setup price bands
The six things that move a quote up, in our experience quoting builds:
- Locations: each needs its own numbers, calendars and reporting.
- Lead sources: each ad platform, portal and form is a separate route to build and test.
- Integrations: industry software like practice management or field service tools often needs n8n, Zapier or custom API work.
- Migration: moving contacts and history from another CRM; see GoHighLevel migration.
- AI agents: Voice AI and chat agents need scripts, testing and handoff rules.
- Compliance: HIPAA requirements and texting consent add setup and review.
How should you read published agency prices?
Read a published price as a starting point for a defined scope, not a quote. Ask every agency for a written scope that lists what is built, what is tested, what support is included, and who owns the account, then compare scopes side by side. The cheapest line in a table is rarely the cheapest system to run.

Questions about GoHighLevel agency pricing
What is a fair price for a GoHighLevel setup?
For a single-location service business with a few lead sources, published full-build prices cluster around $1,500 to $5,000. Under $1,000 usually means a standard configuration; over $6,000 usually means several locations, integrations or migration.
Do GoHighLevel agencies charge monthly?
Most offer optional monthly support, published here from $38.80 to $3,000 or more a month. Agencies that resell GoHighLevel under their own brand often bundle the software and support into one monthly price.
Is the GoHighLevel subscription included in agency prices?
Usually not. Every provider in our table that mentions it says the subscription is billed separately by HighLevel, unless you are on the agency's own white-label plan.
How often is this page updated?
We re-check the sources when we update the page, and every price carries the date we checked it. Agencies change prices without notice, so confirm with the agency before you budget.
