What changed in the last eight HighLevel changelog entries?
We read the eight newest entries on HighLevel's public changelog on October 5, 2026. They are dated September 28 to October 5, 2026. One adds templates. One changes voice calling prices. The other six are product changes: community email controls, Custom Object dropdowns, smart lists in snapshots, a Mexico SMS status, Meta ad budgets and an AI invoice builder.
The changelog is at ideas.gohighlevel.com/changelog. Every entry is dated, so anyone can check this count against the same page.

The grouping is ours. The changelog does not sort its entries this way. Where an entry could fit two groups, we put it in the one that matters more to a service business.
What is the pattern in these eight updates?
Three of the eight touch money directly: the voice price change, the Meta budget control and the invoice builder. Two change how data and snapshots work: the Custom Object dropdown cleanup and the smart lists in snapshots. The other three are messaging, email and templates.
The data and snapshot entries are the ones that change how a team works. A smart list that can ship inside a snapshot means a segment built for one client can be reused for the next, as long as the fields match. A dropdown cleanup removes old options, but any workflow still pointing at a removed option needs a check before the option goes.
What should a clinic or service business act on?
- Voice pricing. If your automation places outbound calls to a country on the list, estimate the new minute cost before October 13. Our voice and SMS pricing note covers the change.
- Custom object dropdowns. Before you delete an option, search your workflows and forms for it. A workflow that still tests for the deleted value will stop matching without any error.
- Mexico numbers. If a contact has a Mexican fixed-line number, the new status pill tells you SMS will not reach them. Send those contacts to a call or an email step instead of a text.
- Meta budgets. If you move campaigns to the new optimizer, decide first whether the budget is per campaign or per ad set. The two behave differently when one ad set underperforms.
- Invoices. If you send invoices from HighLevel, check one generated design against your brand and your tax wording before you use it for a live client.
- Templates. The 28 templates are a starting point. Our October 5 template note covers plan access and the ad-policy check.
What does the count not tell you?
Eight entries in one week is a snapshot. It shows what was posted, not how many accounts got each feature. The changelog does not say which plans get each change, and features can roll out in stages. A change on the page may not show in your account on the day it is posted.
The habit that pays off is a short weekly check. Read the changelog once a week, mark the entries that touch your flows, and test those. That takes minutes, and it catches a removed option or a new fee before a client does. Our earlier GoHighLevel September 2026 updates covers the first half of the month in more detail.

How do I hear about new entries without checking every day?
The changelog page is the primary source. Check it on a fixed day each week, and keep a short list of the entries that touch your flows. That keeps the review quick.
