Does Autoesta build Make.com automations?
Yes. Autoesta builds, fixes and maintains Make.com automations (Make calls them scenarios) on your own Make account. A small build of two or three scenarios is about $1,000 at the time of writing, and the strategy call and first audit are free.
Make is one of the three automation tools we build on, next to n8n and Zapier. The full service, with Make's credit pricing, error handlers and a cost comparison against the other two tools, is on our Make automation service page. This page answers the shorter question a buyer asks first: does Autoesta do this work, how does it run, and what does it cost.
One thing to know up front: Autoesta is not listed as a Make partner, and we do not use Make's partner badge or claim Make certification. More on that below.
What does Autoesta build on Make?
We build new Make scenarios, repair broken ones, cut the credits a scenario uses, and add AI steps where a task needs judgement. Each one is built on your Make organization, connected to your own app accounts, with error handling and a handover note.
| Job | What goes in | What you get back |
|---|---|---|
| New scenarios | The process you run by hand today: lead routing, order and invoice syncs, reports, file handling, CRM handoffs | A tested scenario on your account, with expected credits per run written down before the build |
| Fixing broken scenarios | Scenarios that switch themselves off, stop halfway or drop records | The cause found and fixed, error handlers added, an alert to a person when something fails |
| Cost work | Scenarios that use credits faster than the volume explains | A rebuild that uses fewer credits, usually through a webhook trigger or earlier filtering |
| AI steps | A step that needs reading or sorting, such as an email or a document | A Make AI Agent or AI module on a current model, with rules for when a person takes over |
| Moving from Zapier | Your existing Zaps | Matching Make scenarios, run side by side on real records before the Zaps are switched off |
| Connections without a ready module | A tool that only offers webhooks or an API, such as GoHighLevel | A webhook or HTTP module connection, documented so your team can follow it |
If a scenario is failing right now, two of our support pages may solve it before you need anyone: why a Make webhook stops receiving data and what happens when Make runs out of credits. If your scenarios use AI steps, our Make AI credit cost by model research shows how much each model uses per run.
How does a Make build with Autoesta work?
We start with a free call and audit, send a written plan with a fixed price, build on your Make account, test every route with real records, add error handling, hand over notes, then fix anything we built for free for 6 months.
- Free strategy call. You show us the process and the apps involved. We tell you whether Make is the right tool for it.
- Free audit. If you already have scenarios, we list each one with its trigger, credits per run and recent errors.
- Written plan and fixed price. Trigger, modules, routes and the expected Make credits per run, so you see both our price and your monthly Make cost before work starts.
- Build on your account. We join your Make organization as a team member and connect your own app logins with you on a short call.
- Test. Real sample records go through every route, including the failure routes.
- Handover. A short note per scenario: what it does, what it costs, what to check if it stops.
- Six months of free fixes. If something we built breaks, we fix it at no charge. Monthly support after that is optional.
A small build of two or three scenarios usually takes days. Larger systems take weeks, and the timeline comes with the fixed quote. Our page on how long an automation build takes explains where the time goes.
How much does Autoesta charge for Make automation?
At the time of writing, the call and first audit are free, a small build of two or three scenarios is about $1,000, full setups run $2,000 to $5,000, and cleanup of an existing Make account starts from $200.
| What you need | Autoesta price at the time of writing |
|---|---|
| Strategy call and first audit | Free |
| Cleanup of an existing Make account | From $200 |
| Small build: two or three scenarios | About $1,000 |
| Full setup | $2,000 to $5,000 |
| Larger systems (many scenarios, AI agents, CRM backend) | Fixed price after the audit, shown before work starts |
| Fixes to anything we built | Free for 6 months |
| Monthly support after that | Optional, from $200 a month |
Your Make subscription is separate. You pay Make directly on your own account, so the credit bill is always visible to you. If you are still deciding whether you need a paid Make plan at all, start with what the Make Free plan includes.
When do you not need Autoesta for Make?
You do not need us for a simple two-app scenario that one of Make's templates already covers, or when you have someone in-house who knows Make. You may also not need Make at all if n8n, Zapier or your CRM fits the job better.
- One simple link. New form entry to a spreadsheet row, or a new lead to a Slack message. Make's own templates handle this, and the Free plan is often enough.
- You have a Make person already. If someone on your team builds scenarios with error handlers and watches credits, a free audit from us may be all you want.
- Long runs, heavy code or very high volume. n8n usually fits better; see our Make vs n8n comparison for 2026 and our n8n automation service.
- A non-technical owner will maintain it. A short two-app link is often easier to own on Zapier.
- Texts, emails and pipeline stages. These usually belong inside your CRM, where the contact record lives.
We say this on the call when it applies. A job that should not be on Make is a job we would rather move than build.
Is Autoesta a Make partner?
No. Autoesta is not listed in Make's partner directory, and we do not claim Make certification. We show the work instead: a free audit, a written plan with expected credit costs, and 6 months of free fixes.
If partner status matters to you, ask any provider for their profile link in Make's partner directory and check it yourself. A badge on a website proves nothing on its own. What we can show instead is how we work: who builds your scenarios, how errors are handled, and that everything runs on your account. Our founder, Alpit Patel, is a HighLevel Certified Admin, and the team has delivered 320+ projects across automation, AI agents and CRM work. More about the team is on our about page.
Who owns the Make scenarios Autoesta builds?
You do. The Make organization is in your name and paid by you, the connections use your own app logins, and the scenarios and data stay with you if you remove our access.
We also settle the data center question (US or EU) before the build, because Make fixes it when the organization is created; our Make service page covers this and the other ownership details. The general rules for any automation we hand over are on our page about who owns automations and data.
More questions about Autoesta and Make
Can Autoesta fix a Make scenario someone else built?
Yes. We start with a free audit that lists every scenario, its trigger, the credits it uses per run and its recent errors. Then we fix the ones that fail or cost the most, add error handlers and alerts, and write a short note on what each scenario does. Before any edit we save a version with a description, using the option Make added on October 7, 2026 (see Make's version descriptions), so every change can be restored. Cleanup of an existing account starts from $200 at the time of writing, and fixes to anything we rebuild are free for 6 months.
Does Autoesta also build on n8n and Zapier?
Yes. Make, n8n and Zapier are the three automation tools we build on, and we recommend the one that fits the job. Make suits visual, branching scenarios at moderate volume. n8n suits long runs, heavy code and very high volume. Zapier suits simple links a non-technical person will look after. If a job outgrows Make, we can move it to n8n later.
Which AI models does Autoesta use in Make scenarios?
We use current models only, never one with an announced retirement date, and we pick per client requirement: answer quality, speed, cost per run and how the data must be handled. On a paid Make plan we can connect your own AI provider so you pay the provider directly. Our page on which AI models Autoesta uses has the full answer.
Does Autoesta work with small businesses as well as large companies on Make?
Yes. A small firm might need two or three scenarios for about $1,000, while a larger company might need many scenarios, AI agents and a CRM backend quoted at a fixed price after the audit. The steps are the same either way. See whether Autoesta works with small and large companies.
Can Autoesta add AI customer support on top of Make?
Yes, when Make is the right place for it. A Make scenario can pass a support question to an AI step and route the answer back to your helpdesk. For a full support agent with lookups, handoff rules and measurement, see whether Autoesta builds AI customer service agents. More answers about our work are in the Autoesta FAQ.
