What does a GoHighLevel expert in Miami fix?
A GoHighLevel expert works on an account you already have. The usual jobs in Miami are a rejected A2P campaign, texts that fail or break Florida rules, workflows that fire twice or not at all, duplicate contacts, calendars that double-book, and one or two new automations added to a working system. You get a free audit first, then a fixed price for the fix.
Autoesta is a 16-person GoHighLevel team led by Alpit Patel, a HighLevel Certified Admin. We are based in San Francisco, with colleagues in India and Nepal, and work with Miami and South Florida accounts remotely, with calls booked in Eastern time. We have built for Florida clients before, including the Realeshome real estate lead system and Ultra Cryo & Recovery, a Central Florida clinic.
This page covers what is different in Miami. For everything a GoHighLevel expert does anywhere in the US, with the full audit checklist, see our main expert page. Starting from nothing, or rebuilding everything? That is a full setup, covered on our GoHighLevel agency page for Miami.
Why is my GoHighLevel account not working?
Problems in a GoHighLevel account usually start in one of four places: phone and A2P registration, consent and opt-out handling, workflow triggers, or data quality. Start with the symptom you can see, then check the cause in the table below before changing anything.
Where broken accounts usually fail
| What you see | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| A2P campaign "Rejected" with code 30910 | Registration fields written in Spanish | Rewrite the registration in English; put English translations next to Spanish sample messages |
| Rejected with 30924 or 30925 | Opt-in form missing disclosures, or the SMS box is missing or pre-checked | Add an unchecked SMS box with message type, frequency, "message and data rates may apply" and STOP instructions |
| Rejected with 30919 or 30920 | Website shows a form with no business details or SMS disclosure | Add company name, services, contact details, privacy policy and a line about your text program |
| Rejected with 30971 | Brand contact uses a Gmail or Yahoo address | Use an email on your business domain |
| Texts fail with error 30034 | The number is not linked to an approved A2P campaign | Finish registration and link the number; HighLevel now shows a live status per number |
| Contacts still get texts after replying STOP | A workflow sends from a step that ignores DND, or the reply was in Spanish ("ALTO") | Add a keyword trigger for STOP and its Spanish forms, set DND, and remove the contact from every marketing workflow |
| The same lead gets two texts at once | Two workflows listen to the same trigger, or "allow re-entry" is on | Merge the triggers into one workflow and add a filter or a tag check |
| Texts go out at 6 a.m. or 10 p.m. | No time window on the wait step, or the contact has no time zone | Add a 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. window in the contact's time zone and default missing time zones to Eastern |
| Duplicate contacts after imports | Imports matched on name, not phone or email | Turn on duplicate rules, merge by phone and email, then fix the import mapping |
| Double-booked appointments | Google or Outlook calendar not linked as a conflict calendar | Link each staff calendar for conflicts, then test with a real booking |
The A2P codes and fixes come from HighLevel's A2P rejection guide (modified September 9, 2026). Since October 8, 2026, the "View required fixes" window in HighLevel also gives separate steps depending on how you registered. We covered that in our news note on the new rejection guidance, and the real-time A2P status released on October 6.
Why does my A2P campaign keep getting rejected in Miami?
The most Miami-specific reason is language. Carriers require A2P registration fields in English, so a campaign written in Spanish gets rejected with code 30910, even when the texts themselves will be in Spanish. The fix is an English registration with English translations shown next to the Spanish sample messages.
After language, the common reasons are the same as anywhere: consent wording on the form, a website that does not describe the business or its text program, and a brand contact on a personal email. HighLevel's guide also warns that some fields, such as the use case and the opt-in message, may not be editable on resubmission. In that case a new campaign is needed. Check every reason listed before you resubmit, because a campaign can carry more than one.
If you are on your second or third rejection, stop and get the whole campaign reviewed. Our GoHighLevel A2P 10DLC registration guide walks through each field, or we can fix it for you as a cleanup job.
Is it legal to text leads from GoHighLevel in Florida?
Yes, with the right consent. Florida's Telephone Solicitation Act (Fla. Stat. 501.059) requires prior express written consent before automated sales calls or texts, and it lets consumers sue for $500 per violation, or up to three times that if the violation was willful. Reminders and replies to people who asked you to contact them are treated differently from cold sales texts.
The 2023 amendment (Chapter 2023-150) changed two things that matter for GoHighLevel users. It narrowed the automated-system definition to systems for the "selection and dialing" of numbers. And for texts, a person must reply STOP first; they can only sue if the business keeps texting more than 15 days after that reply. So the single most important setting in a Florida account is an opt-out that works the moment a contact replies, in English or Spanish.
Florida's Telemarketing Act (501.616) also limits commercial telephone sellers to calls between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. local time, and to three sales calls in 24 hours on the same subject. We set automations inside those limits. Our FTSA lawsuit research shows how many of these cases have been filed in Florida's federal courts each year since 2021. This is general information, not legal advice; for a specific campaign, ask a Florida attorney.
How much does a GoHighLevel expert cost in Miami?
At the time of writing, Autoesta's audit is free, cleanup or verification of an existing account starts from $200, and a small build of two or three new automations is about $1,000. Monthly support starts from $200 a month (optional, after the six free months). We quote the fix after the audit, so you know the price before any work starts.
| Job | Price at the time of writing |
|---|---|
| Account audit after a 30-minute call | Free |
| Cleanup or verification: A2P resubmission, opt-out fixes, duplicate merge, broken workflows | From $200 |
| Small build: two or three new automations | About $1,000 |
| Monthly support and changes | From $200 a month (optional, after the 6 free months) |
| Full rebuild | Priced like a new setup, $2,000 to $5,000 |
Fixes to anything we build are included for six months. If you are comparing prices, our GoHighLevel agency pricing research lists what other providers publish.
When should you hire a GoHighLevel expert instead of fixing it yourself?
Fix it yourself when the problem is one setting and you know which one. Hire an expert when the same problem keeps coming back, when texts are failing and you are losing leads every day, when an A2P campaign has been rejected twice, or when a fix in one workflow keeps breaking another.
Fix it yourself or hire an expert?
The cost of waiting is easy to estimate. If ten leads a week fill in a form and get no text back, count how many of them you would normally book. That is what the broken account costs each week. Our automation ROI calculator does the arithmetic, and our speed-to-lead research shows why the first few minutes matter.

Questions people ask about hiring a GoHighLevel expert in Miami
Do I need a GoHighLevel expert who is based in Miami?
No. All GoHighLevel work happens inside the software, so a remote expert can do everything a local one can. What matters is that they know Florida's texting rules, can work in English and Spanish, and answer during your hours. We work with Miami accounts remotely, with calls in Eastern time.
Can you fix a GoHighLevel account another agency built?
Yes. Fixing an account someone else built is a normal expert job. We audit first, explain what we find without blaming anyone, and fix only what needs fixing. Read how we fix a messy GoHighLevel account.
How fast can you fix a rejected A2P campaign?
Once we have your business details, we correct the registration and resubmit it. Carrier review then takes its own time, which no one can speed up. While it is pending, HighLevel's guide says not to resubmit or create a second campaign.
Can you add Spanish versions of my existing workflows?
Yes. We add a preferred-language field, write Spanish versions of each message with you, and route each contact by language. A Spanish speaker on your team approves the wording before it goes live.
Do you work on GoHighLevel Voice AI and Conversation AI?
Yes. We fix bots that give wrong answers, book into the wrong calendar or keep talking after a person opts out, and we set new ones up. See GoHighLevel Voice AI.
Can you connect GoHighLevel to other software?
Yes, through native integrations, webhooks, the HighLevel API, n8n or Zapier. See GoHighLevel API integration for larger connection projects.
Is the GoHighLevel audit really free?
Yes. The call and the audit are free, and you get the written findings whether or not you hire us. If you decide to fix things yourself, the list tells you where to start.
