Will Instagram DM automation from Autoesta get my account banned?
We build only on triggers Meta allows, so the system replies to people who contacted you first and never cold-messages strangers. Meta's documentation says a business can message a person only after that person messages its professional account.
Meta's Instagram messaging documentation says the messaging window lasts 24 hours for most user actions, and up to 7 days when a person sends their first message after clicking a Click-to-Direct ad. Its private replies rules allow only one message to a commenter, sent within 7 days of the comment. Every flow we design follows those limits and includes a plain opt-out path.
